ShareAs the tenure of Comptroller General of Immigration Mr. Chukwurah Udeh ends tomorrow, President Goodluck Jonathan has been urged to consider merit in the appointment of a new CGI
The call was made by a group called “Great Nigeria Association” in response to some publications by groups insisting that South East, which they claimed has been marginalised, should produce the CGI.
National President of the association Prince Niyi Omoyele said the new CG should be a person with recorded achievements, commitments, dedications, academic qualification, and professional ethics and must be able to stand up to the various challenges confronting Immigration across the world.
