AFTER week long town storms, the movie will air on UniAbuja campus on Friday 21st of May; in UNILAG on Wednesday the 26th of May and in UNEC on Friday the 29th of May. If you are on any of these campuses, ensure you DO NOT MISS

Students of the University of Abuja, University of Lagos and University of Nigeria Enugu Campus, UNEC are in an excited mood as Amstel brand ambassadors traverse their vicinity promoting the campus premiere of the new AMBO movie - 'The Child'. This latest blockbuster from Amstel Malta Box Office AMBO premiered in February at the prestigious Agip hall of the MUSON center Onikan is expected to be screened on these campuses.
The movie titled THE CHILD, featuring Wole Ojo, winner of AMBO 4 and top Nollywood Stars; Joke Sylva, Alex Usifo and Bukky Ajayi amongst others was presented to the media, top industry big wigs and crème de la cream of movie industry in February at the Agip Recital Hall, Muson Centre. The event was graced with the best of the best from Nollywood and industry icons like Hon Dora Akunyili, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, Joke Sylva, Paul Obazele, Femi Black, Funmi Iyanda, Dakore Egbuson just to name a few.
Directed by Izu Ojukwu and set in the ancient Benin Kingdom, “The Child” is a story of survival, struggle for power, love and intrigue. It revolves around a Benin towns expectation of a ‘child’ promised the community by the Gods. The advent of the Child will lead to the end of the community’s problems which included drought and recurrent war defeats especially against the strong Ijogun Army.
True to style, the Amstel Malta brand is now bringing the movie experience closer to its consumers on university campuses this month. The Amstel Malta brand will premiere the movie with loads of prizes to be won and the consumers will indeed leave with a good feeling of satisfaction.
