ShareACE fuji crooner, Alhaji Sikiru Ayinde a.k.a. Majester, has been appointed as the Caretaker Committee Chairman of the Fuji Musicians Association of Nigeria (FUMAN), Oyo State chapter.
Majester, who is the former governor of the association in Oyo State, was appointed as the caretaker committee chairman as a result of the dissolution of the Oyo State FUMAN state executive by the FUMAN National Working Committee (NWC).
Alhaji Taofeek Alagbe Omo-Owo, who was the governor before the appointment of Alhaji Majester, was accused of gross misconduct by the national body of the association.
According to a release signed by the General Secretary of the association, Alhaji Ganiyu Iyanda, Majester would be in the office until when a fresh election would be conducted.
Meanwhile, Alhaji Majester has been asked by the FUMAN’s NWC to appoint other caretaker committee members from various zones across the state that will work with him.
