Obesere prepares for REVOLUTION

OBESERE has started a new revolution on the music scene with Fuji-Hop, a fusion of hip hop and Fuji music in his next album tilted “Revolution”.

Obesere, known as PK1ST, features Timaya, 9ice, Lord of Ajasa, Uncle Promise, and Eazy Lizy in the album. Obesere has now ventured into the world of hip hop with an album that is bound to revolutionize the music scene by seamlessly merging two very different music genres of Fuji and hip hop. In the process, Obesere attempts to unite  both Fuji and hip-hop fans.

Some of the tracks in the coming album include the ‘Ki Non So’, featuring 9ice, ‘Gbo Se Yen Wo’, featuring Timaya, ‘Obesere Ti Lo’, featuring Uncle Promise. Other tracks  include ‘E Ma Le won’ , ‘E Dan Sia Ni Party’, and ‘Baby Me’, among others.

Obesere ventured out of his comfort zone of Yoruba and English languages and dived  into the Ibo language culture to record a high octane Fuji-Hop party track titled ‘Kaiyin Gbe Egu’.

His r&b track,‘Baby Me’,may probably set a new standard for measuring well done r&b tracks of Fuji-Hop music. This new dimension from the Obesere is being released on  Stingomania Records Label, the  label that is bringing new solutions and innovations into the music industry at a time when the bar is ready to be raised. Stingomania inked the deal to manage the paramount king of music  after several meetings and negotiations with Obesere and his representatives.

According to Ope Banwo, the chairman of Stingomania Records, “we are very ecstatic to sign and manage a megastar with a cross-over appeal like Obesere.
