A subway train struck and killed a teenager in Queens as she tried to retrieve her phone from the track bed Sunday, police said.

Dina Kadribasic, 13, jumped onto the tracks at about 3:50 p.m. at the 63rd Drive-Rego Park station, about two blocks away from her home, authorities said.

She was trying to climb back onto the platform when an R train hit her. The subway’s operator couldn’t stop the subway in time, police said.

Medics took her to Elmhurst Hospital Center, where she died, cops said.

Video posted on Twitter shows firefighters and emergency vehicles responding to the subway station shortly after the accident.

MTA officials cautioned riders Sunday night to flag down subway staff if they drop something onto the tracks instead of trying to retrieve it themselves.
