ShareThe Registrar of the Joint Admissions and
Matriculation Board, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, has said that the body was
working on modalities to release the results of its examinations within
a few hours of the conduct of such examinations, the News Agency of
Nigeria reports.
He said this when a team of Servicom
officials paid him a courtesy visit in his office at Bwari, Abuja, on
Tuesday.
Ojerinde, who expressed satisfaction with the
prompt release of the UTME result, commended Servicom for its efficient
service delivery to JAMB.
He said JAMB had adopted the
best practices in the world and that this resulted in the prompt
release of its examination results.
Ojerinde said the
unprecedented achievement of early results release earned the Board
accolades from the Ministry of Education.
Coordinator of
Servicom, Mr. Ad’obe Obe, had earlier said the organisation was
committed to ensuring service delivery in the provision of basic
services to citizens.
He commended JAMB for engaging its services in grievances redress and complaints from candidates.
